A 31-year-old woman died on New Year’s Day after she was thrown from her vehicle in an early morning crash on the Garden State Parkway in Middlesex County. Tiara Muhammad, of Barnegat, was driving an SUV north when the crash occurred about 3:36 a.m. at mile post 127.9 in Woodbridge, according to New Jersey State Police.
