A basketball game between Hopkins and Tartan at Hopkins High School ended early after fights broke out Saturday night, school officials say.

The fight and ensuing cancellation is the second time in a matter of months that a fight among fans disrupted a basketball event at Hopkins High School. In August, police issued a dispersal order after a large fight broke out in the crowd during a 3-on-3 tournament.
