Syrians again reaffirmed their abiding belief in peace, stability, prosperity, and justice for their country, says a senior UN official Rosemary DiCarlo.

Talks in Brussels focused on seeking to reassure Belgium and other concerned countries that Europe would share the legal and financial risks, in a bid to secure their backing for the plan.
