Today in the shop I had to bust out the planer sled to level out one side of this maple billet for a closing gift serving tray. Pretty sure the entire system fails if the shims aren’t made from purple heart 🤔 Once this side is flat and the rocking is gone I can flip the piece and plane the other side to be parallel. #woodshop #woodwork #woodworker #garagewoodshop #garagewoodworking | JML Woodcraft, LLC
