my first steps after my reverse ileostomy a week and a half ago. 🥹🙏💖 I couldn’t even get out of bed the first day and a half- they cut into my abdominal wall so my muscles couldn’t activate like they normally do when it comes to sitting in bed, walking down the hall, etc. and it was painful trying to move around- but I was so determined!! these first few steps- being DONE with major surgery and a year and a half of cancer treatment. they felt so good 🥹🙏 #cancerfree #cancer #reverseileostomy
