🐟 Crispy Fried Fish Recipe Ingredients: • 1.5 kg fish (any firm fish like Rohu, Surmai, or Pomfret) • Juice of 4 lemons • 1 tbsp garlic paste • ½ tbsp red chilli powder • 1 tsp crushed red chillies • Salt to taste • ½ tbsp ajwain (carom seeds) • ½ tbsp zeera (cumin) powder • 1 tsp haldi (turmeric powder) • 3 tbsp crushed coriander seeds • ½ tbsp crushed black pepper • 1 tbsp crushed anardana (dry pomegranate seeds) For Batter: • 1 cup gram flour (besan) • Water (enough to make a smooth batter)

Cajun Fried Turkey! Crispy skin, juicy meat & seasoned all the way through. Hands down my favorite way to cook it! Ingredients: • 1 whole turkey • 2 sticks butter, melted • 1 ½ tbsp Brit’s Cookin’ Cajun Seasoning (plus extra for the outside) • Oil for frying (we use peanut oil) Instructions: 1. Make sure your turkey is completely defrosted before frying. This is the most important step for safety. 2. Melt the 2 sticks of butter and stir in about 1 ½ tablespoons of my Brit’s Cookin’ Cajun seasoni
