WATCH: The effusive eruption at Mayon Volcano continues for the 28th consecutive day, producing incandescent lava flows, pyroclastic density currents (PDC) or “uson,” and rockfall. Lava flows have reached radial distances of around 3.7 kilometers in the Basud (east), 1.6 kilometers in the Bonga (southeast), and 1.3 kilometers in the Mi-isi Gullies, based on footage from the VMLH (Ligñon Hill) IP Camera as of February 3, 2026, according to PHIVOLCS. Alert Level 3 remains in effect over Mayon, and
