CHM volunteer Joe Lynch shows off a 1959 DEC PDP-1 playing “Olson” by Boards of Canada (1998) through its control panel lights. With Peter Samson’s 1962 Harmony Compiler and 603 bytes of music data, this demonstration showcases the ingenuity of early computing and the creative possibilities of the PDP-1.
